About My Studio

Who I Teach

I work with students of all ages and levels, from beginners taking their first steps to advanced singers refining their technique and artistry. My teaching includes both voice and piano, with a focus on classical foundations that support versatility across styles such as musical theatre and pop. Lessons are primarily in person, with online options available when needed.

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe that every musician deserves the opportunity to sing and play with freedom, confidence, and authenticity.
To become a more skilled, expressive, and confident musician, you need:
-
Awareness and control of your physical and musical coordination
-
A solid foundation of technical skills
-
An understanding of musical expression and style across genres
-
Opportunities to apply skills through performance and creative exploration

My Approach

Each student’s journey is unique. Together, we:
-
Assess current skills and goals
-
Cultivate breath, body, and hand awareness
-
Strengthen technical coordination
-
Explore expressive phrasing and artistry
-
Apply skills through repertoire and performance
This approach helps students connect technique to expression and build a sustainable, fulfilling relationship with music.
